New York City is now requiring proof of vaccination for customers and workers participating in indoor dining, gyms, entertainment, and performances, as part of its “Key to NYC” initiative. Template Implementation Plan for Vaccine Mandates:
|Under New York City’s new vaccination mandate, gyms, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are required to develop a written implementation plan that will be available for inspection. The plan should include how the business will check the vaccination status of staff and customers before they enter, or immediately after they enter, the business.|
