Many of Pongo Power’s clients must continue their exercise training to reverse the impact of being seated for so much of the day. SLT is providing daily IGTV workouts that range from core-focused to full-body, express to 30 minutes, and more!

Updates from Brooklyn Running Co

Since the temporary closing of Brooklyn Running Co’s stores in Park Slope and Williamsburg on Monday, March 16, they’ve been adapting to the change by showcasing and selling running gear online (click HERE).

Additionally, the Running Co team put together a comprehensive guide to the factors determining the useful life of your running footwear.  If you have further questions, the team remains at your service, just in a different way.  We are available from 8am-8pm via chat on our website, or by email of course at info@brooklynrunningco.com.  Responses will be as prompt as ever.
