Complimentary Diabetes Screenings

Are you at Risk for Diabetes?  Did you know that over 5.7 million Americans are unaware that they have diabetes? 

You and your family have an opportunity to find out if you are at risk for diabetes by coming out to KINGS PHARMACY – Located at 357 Flatbush Avenue, Brookln, NY on Wednesday, September 30,  from 3 – 7PM. Kings Pharmacy will be doing Complimentary Diabetes Screenings.  The Tests Include:  Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Total Cholesterol and Hemoglobin A1c*.  (*Hemoglobin A1c test will only be performed on those who are interested or show signs of being “at-risk” for diabetes).   Friendly Pharmacists will be available to answer your questions.
