Community Notice: Brooklyn Bridge construction closures

Monday, August 23, marks the beginning of our first westbound (Manhattan-bound) road closure. Starting at 11pm on Monday, August 23, westbound traffic will be routed over the Manhattan Bridge. All Brooklyn-bound traffic will continue using the Brooklyn Bridge; however, that traffic will be using the opposite (north) roadway while work is being done on the south roadway. This counter-flow operation will be in effect until 6am exactly. All lanes reopen in the morning. More information on weekend hours and route detours can be found HERE.
