The Remaking of Grand Army Plaza

The Department of Transportation unveiled its much anticipated plans for the remaking of Grand Army Plaza Thursday evening.  The plan received a very positive reaction from the stakeholders, especially from the Grand Army Plaza Coalition (GAPCO).
