Each year, the North Flatbush Avenue Avenue Business Improvement District, distributes its Annual Newsletter/report  which keeps you informed of our 2008-2009 accomplishments for current year and our  plans and goals for the next year.  It also includes our Financial Budget for the fiscal year.
