The New York City Department of Small Business Services and its Black Entrepreneurs NYC initiative are excited to launch the City’s first-ever online Black business directory. Please check it out at www.nyc.gov/ShopBlack! If you are would like to submit your business to the directory, fill out this application.
As SBS continues to innovate and develop new ways to support our City’s Black-owned businesses, the BE NYC online Black business directory will provide New Yorkers who want to support our City’s Black entrepreneurs with a comprehensive list of Black-owned businesses throughout the City.

The size of the Newspaper is 11×20 (New York Times style) and the flyers size for small businesses is 5.5×10. Verizon Small Business Digital Ready –Verizon teamed up with Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and Next Street to create Verizon Small Business Digital Ready, a free online curriculum designed to provide small businesses with personalized tools to succeed in today’s digital world.
