Banner Contest open to the public

The North Flatbush Avenue Avenue Business Improvement District invites the submission of local graphic designs for decorative banners that hang from the lamp posts in the BID District. There are thirty (30) pvc vinyl banners that delineate and advertise the District while heralding the season with their colorful designs. All submissions should represent the uniqueness of the district that identifies the BID as a destination. The project date of completion of this project is Friday, December 10th.
