An Additional $1.56mil is added to our Capital Funding Project

The goal of our Streetscape Design Plan is to create a vision and an implementation strategyfor the revitalization of Flatbush  from Grand Army Plaza to Atlantic Avenue.  The BID now has an additional $1.56mil that will be added to our capital funding project.  The BID will now be able to see our vision fulfilled with a total of $1.9mil for our new streetscape design plan. The BID and DOT are currently working to define the scope of the District and envision how to distribute our capital funding.   This entire project could take up to 2-3 years.
