The BID’s Blood Drive.

Donating blood is literally giving the gift of life. Each day, the NYBlood Center needs close to 2000 people a day to roll up their sleeves to give the gift of life. There is simply no substitute for voluntary donated blood. Without volunteer donors, our community would not have an adequate community blood supply. 4 million Americans benefit from life-saving transfusions sometime during their lifetime.
The North Flatbush Avenue Avenue Business Improvement District teamed up with the New York Blood Center and hosted a Blood Drive on Friday, August 28 from 2:30pm to 7:30pm. Co-sponsored by CRUNCH, HEALTHY NIBBLES and KINGS PHARMACY.
